About Ology3

An ology is the study of something. Ours is the study of wellbeing at work: how people think, feel, connect, adapt and perform. The 3 is for People, Performance and Purpose. Purpose reaches past the office too: we look for ways our work can do some good for communities and the planet.

Our symbol is the jellyfish. It adapts, it moves with the current, and it works as one connected body. Healthy workplaces do the same. They respond without going rigid, stay connected across teams, and change shape without losing direction.

What we promise

Wellbeing that is practical and fits the working day. No corporate jargon and no wellness buzzwords. And an honest report afterwards, including what didn’t move.

Why Choose Ology3

Practical first

Every session ends with something people can use the next morning.

Built around your team

We ask what’s going on before we plan anything. Two teams rarely get the same session.

Checked, not assumed

A short check-in before, the same check-in after, and a follow-up at 30 days.

Meet Kar Mun

Kar Mun, known to many as Lemon, is the co-founder of Ology3 and an HRD Corp accredited trainer. She designs and leads our workshops, drawing on her background in coaching and somatic practice.

Her sessions are practical: people leave with something they can use at work the next day. Her starting point is simple. People work better when they can be themselves.

Meet Salaf

Salaf is the co-founder of Ology3, a visual artist and a Qi Gong practitioner. He runs our Art and Introspective Team Building Workshop and our movement sessions for teams.

His sessions are calm and hands-on. People make something, move a little, and talk to each other more openly than they do across a meeting table.
