Mantra Medicine is a sacred space to awaken your voice — not for performance, but for presence. In this class, we’ll explore the healing power of chanting as a devotional and vibrational practice. Whether whispered, hummed, or sung aloud, each mantra becomes a rhythm of remembrance — clearing the mind, softening the body, and opening the heart. Through repetition and sound, we shift from thinking to feeling, from effort to embodiment. No singing experience is needed — just a willingness to listen inward and let your voice rise from within.
