Gratitude Journaling Circle w/ Kar Mun (60min)
Take a gentle pause to reconnect with the goodness already present in your life. This session blends guided meditation and reflective journaling to help you slow down, breathe, and cultivate heartfelt appreciation. We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to settle the mind and open the heart, followed by mindful prompts to guide your writing. As you share (optional) within the circle, you’ll be reminded that gratitude grows stronger when witnessed together. Expect a calm, nourishing space to refill your emotional cup, realign your energy, and leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply thankful for the simple things.
