Soothe your system and quiet the mind with cooling, grounding pranayama practices. This session invites the lunar (Ida) energy — the nurturing, cooling aspect of breath — to restore balance, ease the nervous system, and prepare for rest or introspection.
(Not reccomended for anyone Chronic Depression, Severe Ear Infections or Tinnitus, Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension), Respiratory Infections, Colds, or Sinus Congestion, Migraines (acute phase), Asthma or Bronchospasms)
